Practice Schedule for the 2026
(Spring & Summer sessions)
January 5th – February 18th (Folkstyle Wrestling) Focus - 6th-8th grade state tournament (boys & girls)
Monday 3:30pm - 5:30pm
Wednesday 5:30pm - 7:00pm *Allows middle school kids to participate in other sports
February 23rd – End of School year (Freestyle)
Monday 2:15pm - 4:30pm
Wednesday 4:15pm - 6:30pm
25 min after the final bell 6th-12th grade
Summer practices will be Tuesday / Thursday (Time TBD)
Summer Break (July 19th - August 2nd)
Practice will resume, August 3rd, 2026 (Folkstyle / Pre-season conditioning and lifts
